Marine Pre-employment Program

This course provides service providers with the structure of Quadrant's WE FLOAT BOATS! Marine Service Pre-employment Program. This is designed as a marine community-based integrated transition to employment starting with job shadow, moving to work experience and, at the completion of training, movement into part- or full-time employment. Employers should
commit to training plans internally or identify benchmarks where they would support further external training e.g., apprenticeship or other.
In person classes offer maximum peer-to-peer learning and allows independent assessment of any barriers to technology without impact to participation. Technology access and capabilities can be dealt with independently.
